Upstream System is a leading mobile technology company that is pioneering digital acquisitions and sales across every mobile channel available to increase loyalty and engagement, bringing more customers and increasing their interactions.
Promo SAGA is a web-based app that engages users with gamification and loyalty strategies.

Based on storytelling, the users will experience different challenges and win the game according to a reward system. The users are going to register themselves and pay a subscription fee.

The challenge & key requirements

Develop a white-label app that is going to be customized by any mobile network operator (MNO)
The white labeling concept allows MNO users to customize the app easily
Build a web-based app that uses gamification and loyalty strategies to

Our approach

The white-labeling project was a challenge and also a great
opportunity we took up.

We started defining our scope of work, doing the research, and coming up with an accountable step-by-step approach, easily measurable. Therefore, we ensured our communication with the client was properly managed and the expectations were agreed upon for both parties.


We developed the web app and the CMS from scratch, considering the long-term objectives: clean and neat documentation, high levels of scalability, long-term maintenance, Upstream Payment Gateways integration, launching the first branded version of the white label product ready to ensure a 1M database of active users.
