7. Warranties and Disclaimers

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
